Step son transferred the property into his name without my knowledge

Mamla step son ka hain Sir family Court NE aadesh diya ki hamare sister ke name do land hai wah chahe to esko baicha kar apna gujara kar sakti hain esliye unka maintenance cancel kar diya unke husband ne hibba ke jariye apna 1 makan ka ansh hamare sister ke name kar diya 1 hibba step son bhi dikhata hai ki hibba hamare name pahle hi Kiya ja chuka hai yani do hibba hai nagarpalika main name darge karane ke liye step son gaya tha par hamare sister ne aapatti di jiske karan name kisi ka darge nhi hua ab 8 saal baad yani ki 1 saal pahle step son ne apna name darge karva Liya aur hame maloom bhi nhi para koe notice bhi nhi aae aaj hamne file daikhi to Pata chala ki 2009 wali file ko daba diya gaya hai aur 2015 mai ek new file ban gae hai aur step son ka name varasatan darge ho gaya hai jab hamne adyacha se pacha nagarpalika ke to wah kahne lagi ki land unke first wife ke name bainama thi es liye tumhare sister ka name nhi darge ho paega first wife aur husband ki death ho chuki hai
Asslamalekum, aap sabse pehle Jo nagar palika me naam dark hua he step son ka uski R.T.I ke zariye copy lijiye or usko 420 ka case bna kar or family court ka hwala dekar uspe case kariye. New case me family court ki file talab karwaiye. Jisse court ke samne family court ka decision aa sake. Allah Hafiz
