Second marriage without giving divorce

Dear Sir,
As i am a muslim i just want to know can i go for second marriage without giving divorce to my first wife. My existing wife is in goverment job so do i need to pay her maintainace charge and what laws do i have to face regarding this issue?
Well without Divoce you can not marry. How ever on mud law it is settled law that if wife is ill you can go for marriage with the consent of your wife for msintenancr you need not to pay maintenance because she is in govt job court for rest

Islam does recognise right to multiple marriages but it is not absolute. What are you worried about. Do you want to remarry for fun or have grounds for this. If you are in Govt employment your rights are restrictied and you may not marry again.
A sincere advise please do not insult Islam and Islamiyat with such thoughts. You have a working wife that too in Govt job. Give her love and affection rather than indulging in second marriage.
Nevertheless if you do so the first wife can file for a decree of dissolution of marriage so your so called freedom will come at price.
