don't give khula if you give khula then its like that you are waving your all rights becouse according to muslim shariyat khula is tha which is an divorce asked by wife frome husband on the aivaj of all your rights and mehar and also it means that your didn't want to take your marrage farward so think once more time befor going to khula there is one more ware in muslim that's mubarat it means mitule divorce
Hello,
The question is what do YOU want? You must take khula if, and only if, you want it & not merely at his whim. Speak to him and try to understand what he wants out of your marriage and try to reach at a conclusion. Khula is the right given to you by Shariat which is recognized by Indian law as well and so you must exercise it with utmost care. Also, your happiness and peace of mind is the most important thing in your marriage so please make sure you don't take hasty decisions.
