I have been harrassed by my Husband And In-laws

I am a Muslim girl. I did the love marriage in April 2015.then my parents did my marriage again in December 2016. After this marriage I come to know my husband is already married and have 2 children, now he is not ready to take me as wife and do not giving me maintainance also, and he blocked me on whatsapp facebook calls. I Did case on him and the lawyer sent him first notice On which We need to appear on 23 August. But when he talked me last he denied that he didn't got any notice what will be the next procedure if he don't come
Good afternoon! I will not be able to advice you without knowing the type of case you have filed. Is it a Domestic Violence? Divorce? or CrPc 125? Only after knowing the nature of case i will be able to guide you. irrespective of the type of case, your husband is legally bound to maintain you. Therefore, you should file all the above mentioned cases against him to get maximum relief.
