How to fight false 498a case without coming to India

I have received a summons from cmm court hyd for 498a,506,dv act 3 case ,charge sheet have been filed ,since iam abroad in canada I didn’t attend counseling,it’s showing NBW status,how can I process ,without coming to India and fight case ,i live on PR in Canada and don’t want to get trapped in India by false cases by wife ,i come ,shall I quash in high court or fight it slow in court,best advice ,anticipatory bail and fight
hi,yes you can go for quash of FIR in the high court as completely false baseless illegations and second option is you can contest the case till you drag ,but for anything the main is to pay surities and recall the NBW warrant ,first is we can do with your presence or without your presence but sometimes for recall of surities you must has to present for the surities.

hi yes you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and you could file anticipatory bail also in court to not take any action against you whenever you come to here
