Agar 100 rs ke stamp pe headline khula ho to nahi

Aur agar headline talaq ho to uss stamp me contarct ke sabhi rule fallow kia hua rehana

Talaq ki khuaish do gavaho ke samane aur ek shaqsha ki vakalat se kazi ke samane ki hui honi chahiye aur use uss aurat ne suni hui direct ya un gavaho ke jariye honi chaiye tabhi valid talaq hoga

Aur agar uss contact ke bad dono bhi ek sath nahi rahe ek sal tak to wo talaq hoga

Uss stamp ko dekhane ke bad hi detial bata sakata hu

Divorce by mutual consent ka matlab Islam me hai khula aur jab khula hojaye to maintenance nahi rahega. Agar khula ki condition me ye likhu ho k husband monthly maintenance dega to phir use wo condition Puri karni hogi warna wo khula nahi kahelayega. Aap shahar k darul Qaza me case daliye waha se aapko jald insaf milega.

Yes she can file for maintenance under Muslim women protection of rights on divorce Act A1986 if she is not married again to some other person in her lifetime or she is not living a life of bad character.

1. Need to refer the copy of your Talaknama.
2. What about meher and Iddat ?

Note. If mentioned in the Talaknama then he has to pay the maintenance anyhow. We can fill the application against the domestic violence act.
