Can I file rcr and child custody case

My wife lodged a complaint women’s police station and file 498a,506,304 against me ,i don’t live in India and don’t wish to visit anytime very soon. I live permanently in USA ,can someone from my friends or uncle file rcr and child custody case for me or should I visit India ,my parents also live in USA ,I received 41a notice on email

hello, yes you can file RCR case and as well ss child custody and you don't need to visit india also you can appoint anyone of your relative as GPA holder on behalf of you that person can attend the cases civil family and criminal...

hi yes you could file a petition for child custody or RCR by giving GPA to your family members amd could file a quash petition in high court to quash the FIR on the ground that it is based on false allegations
