What will be the consequence of motor accident relating to punishment

Hi I have a accident case on myself which took place in 2015 so i was coming out of a CNG station with my car and a police constable on his bike was coming from wrong side and we had a collision in which he got a rod in one of his legs. I just want to know what will the court do now? what kind of punishment/ fine will be given to me? And how much time will it take for the case to get over?

Sir if your car is insured then the insurance company will pay for the damage or injury caused to the constable, rest the FIR against you will be u/s 279 and 337 ipc, and its bail can granted to you if your lawyer is well-versed. Apratt from this it will max. take 6 months for thsi case to get over, A DAR has ti be filed at the earliest.
