Self Injured - Cop calls After 2 mnths # Says will file FIR.

This happen in the 1st week of Oct2018.Its been like 2 months .I was riding from Goa to Mumbai and Met with a bike Accident with a truck. My bike was scrapped but & I ended up with a broken hand and minor multiple fractures. The Cop at scene took my license and asked me to return after 2 months so we can discuss the case.He called me today and asks me come to Raigad or else an FIR would be filed against me for rash riding. The trucker is no where in the picture. Dunno anything about him. The bike was bought back to Mumbai and it's already given in scrap. I'm sure he wants to extract money.
Please advice.

1. The driver of the truck or the owner can file an FIR;
2. Before that you must file an FIR;
3. You must first explain whose mistake it is;
4. Consult a local lawyer, discuss full facts and then take steps.
