Registered e-FIR @cctns UP police but no headway is done what to do

I am a victim of a road car accident. My 10 years old daughter was with me at the time of the accident. Immediately after the accident I contacted #100, went to nearest police Chowki, Whatsapp UP Traffic Police, Registered a case in Women helpline#1090 and also Registered a case in e-FIR UP Police, but no actions taken against the culprit. Again yesterday I sent whatsapp msg to helpline for Traffic violation Kanpur but no response. Please advise name of the right person whom I can address my complaint. Thanks
at the time of accident did the PCR - or high way patrol come on the spot to check the wear about of you and your daughter. a case must have been registered against the person. if not and you have filed a case you can approach the DCP of the concerned area and file a complaint their as well. in case no action is taken you can approach the court
