Negligent driver ran over my son what action can I take
14-May-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
My son was riding cycle in the society & a guy came from behind and bumped his car into the bicycle & ran over my son. My son's collar bone & left elbow are severely fractured, we have been suffering a lot cause of his negligence & carelessness. This guy who claims to be a registrar, stays in my society & he hasn't even apologised properly, I want to take strictest action against him. Few points I would like to inform:- A. I under the state of tension has given statement to police that I do not want any action. B. I have CCTV Footage. Kindly suggest what action to take against him?
Please go to police again and lodge FIR if they don't register then u may approach to there higher officers & you can get orders from court for lodging FIR. After that file a case in MACT for claim for your son which will be lacs. for more u may call
