my brother involved in a car accident
28-Jul-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
on night 11:30 my brother was driving a two wheeler on the left side of the road then a car hit my brother with 8090 kmph speed the driver and other members were under the alcohol influence my brother had face leg and hand injuries with a nose fracture, 4 teeth broken and some stiches on face and the police charged the assaulter by ipc 337 section and the car has no insurance so we want to settle the issue through court so i want to know the possible punishment for the driver ,compensation
hi you could file claim petition before the motor accidents court seeking compensation for the injuries recieved from the person who has caused the accident and regarding the punishment under Section 337 need to see the facts of the case and the FIR details
