Motorcycle stolen in front of the house, Can the insurance be claimed

My motorcycle was stolen on 23 November 2016 Infront of my house.i did fir and get a untraced report from police after 21 days of fir,so the untraced report is valid to claim money from insurance.i have informed the insurance company on the same day of my stolen vehicle.

Yes fill the proposal form and give them the signed copy of form 29 -30, with untrace report and get the acknowledgement from the insurance company, even if they are not paying file consumer complain under C.P.Act

Yes the insurance company is liable to pay the claim . If the the stolen vehicle is insured from the insurance company.
Tell the insurance company about the regustered FIR and the untraced report. And also all the details of the vehicle when it was stolen must be kept as record.
