Motor accident case under 304A filed against me for accident occured
25-Jul-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I met one accident on highway nh 16 in which one bike suddenly crossed the highway and my card dashed it. They died. Police filed case 304A against me, howevr it was not my fault. How to come out of this.
