Major injury due to bus accident how to claim it

I met with an XX bus accident and my leg got damaged severely in march 2017 and I went through few surgeries and i am still in bed rest from few months. And few surgeries were yet to do in 2018 . So I want to know regarding compensation details. How can I claim it?
You got good case to fight.... You should file case against bus owner and insurance company of that bus for claim of compensation and that you can claim all expenditure incurred including future prospective expenditure if any along with loss of pay and damage suffered by you
