Is there any restriction on installing luggage carrier on private car in Uttar pradesh
No there is no restriction on installing luggage carrier over a private four wheeler car... there is no provision regarding this in either The Motor Vehicles Act,1988 nor in The Central Motor Vehicle Rules,1989.
