Sir,
My son was riding cycle for going to tuition class. Maruti Omni van white colour carrying students of school hit my son having severe injuries to his eye and led and run. I filed fir against him. Police collect the van for 8 days. After 8 days the van is released. Now what can I do sir. Please guide.
You can file Motor Accident claim against the owner of omni Driver, owner,and his insurance company for accident claim in MACT of your jurisdiction.Thereby you can get compensation from owner,Driver, insurance company of that omni van.
