Insurance company has not submitted paper book in given time

sir,in first appel high court had given time to insurance company to submit the paper book with in a year,if they can't do so first appel will be dismissed with out reference to court,insurance company had not submitted paper book in given time so now the given time is over so what should we do to widraw the amount,should we contact to registar or we need to mention matter before the court.
If the period has expired given by the High Court, then you have to move preciepy before the Hon'ble Court and have to mention about your matter and need to take it on board, When the matters comes for hearing just mention regarding the lack of follow-up of the Insurance Company and make a point to withdraw your amount. Rest is at the mercy of the Hon'ble Court.
