I Want To File Accident Case & That Car Is Not Insured

I want to file Accident case but the car against which the FIR is registered is not insured so I am worried that what to do?
dear client don't worry if the car is not insured then you can recover the amount from owner of the car.

you can file the case right away against the driver and the owner of rhe car for rash drivier or death by negligence. they will have to pay your damages by themselves as the car isn't insured. you need to first register an fir at the place of incident and then proceed to file the macp
