I had met with an accident with bike to bike and both were injured.

I am facing with multiple facture on my right leg and other guy has head injure and is in coma he has cased on me and police is asking for 6 month bank statement as per my knowing bank statement should not been asked by police. And all required documents are clear so what will be max damage to me in court

no need to worry if your vehicle have insured. first you get bail in criminal matter. police have no right to ask you about your bank statement of last 6 months. you have no need to share your bank statement with the police . as early as possible engage a lawyer
