How to get my bike back from police after a bike accident

i had a bike accident 15 days ago at 4am. i was admitted to the hospital by delhi police, although no third person was in injured or involved except me and my friend who were on the bike. my bike is under police station.how can i take it back.
yes the bike can be released on Supardari if there is no requirment in the police station or for the further proceeding then the IO may give report to the said application before the court and thereafter the Magistrate after considering the facts may order for the release of vehicle
