FDR release method by court without advocate

After settlement of case can we release FDR without advocate and if not then what is the procedure to change advocate? NOC is necssary
Well, NOC is necessary if you are leaving the Advocate in mid way, considering, as per the current law which is in prevalence in India, you cannot change your Advocate again and again. As far as FDR is concerned, I think, you can withdraw it without an Advocate if you are aware with the concerned laws dealing with such subject.
