Drunken Driving Licence Siezed

Hi,
In Jan 2019 my license was sized by trafic police in Delhi. In Saket court I was tricked by a lawyer to plead not guilty. I later realized that I should have just plead guilty and done away with a small fine. Now, my license is still seized and I would like to have it back asap. I need advice as to how I can now
1. Get away with that case by paying a fine only.
2. Get my drivers license back asap.
3. Is it possible to get the license back without suspension?
it's depend on only Mercy but maximum time this is not suspend driving licence he is also punish fine is suspended licence real appeal and high court for the suspension rejection order of concern Court it's a right of challenge in High Court
