delhi police men caught me on as drunk n drive case

In delhi around in april month some police man caught me on drinking and use its meter which shows i am drunk but they take 500 rupess from me don't give any challan copy or anything now today on 6th june some policeman called me that on tuesday i have to come court for this case i have not received any notice from court is these policeman fooling me or i have to go on sunday on the basis of this policeman phone call
Usually a challan is issued if any traffic rule violations are fined or penalised . In cases of drink and drive, driving license is also seized. It is possible to verify whether a case has been registered in the courtfor such violation. Contact me if you want to verify the same.
