Claim for amptutation due to accident

Even if i overspeed and a school bus runs over me and it was also overspeeding, traffic cctv footage available. Case made agaist 3rd party Reliance Insurance and pending. Can I also get a claim from the School whose bus hit me?? I got 80% disability certificate as I am Above knee right foot amputee. My DOB is 05.06.1980 and last drawn salary is 35000/- during accident. Am a B.Sc.IT Graduate. Accident date 14.10.2015
Yes in claim matter there are 3 parties against whom you can file claim. 1 Driver, 2. Owner of the vehicle,3. Insurance company. If bus is owned by school you can file claim against them also, as claim petition is already been filed so add them as a defendant
