If 2 person died in accident case can we file 2 separate case for both but there is single FIR.
Yes separate cases of MACT can be filed but court can club both the cases for further proceedings as facts and incident is same. Kindly share the Copy of FIR for further clarification.Thanks for contacting LawRatoPartner.
