Car Accident with Scooter who did not hold valid driving license

Hi, My friend was driving a scooter without license and met with an car accident. And friend got injured. Now he filled FIR against car driver. What can happen in such case. Who will be punished ?
well, it depends on the injury and car driver/owner or Insurance company will be liable to pay compensation. so if you have filed FIR then consequently it will be assigned to Tribunal and car owner or driver will be prosecuted accordingly.

2. But nonetheless your friend is also at fault;
3. Unless the license had expired or so and it was a genuine mistake;
4. The court will fine both the people.
