What will be the legal procedure during chargesheet and further.
One person is injured , fractured elbow through accident.
He filed FIR , I got station bail that time.
But Now I am chargesheeted. What to do now.please guide.
Do I need lawyer for the bail through court now.

Yes you do need a lawyer to represent you in court and do the other formalities. Your case needs to conducted in court and have an acquittal for you after examining the witnesses etc. the entire charge sheet needs to be studied thoroughly by a lawyer
