Can vehicle involved in an accident be sold off while case is running?

बिल्कुल गाड़ी बेची जा सकती है बशर्ते आपको अनुमति लेनी होगी यदि ciminal proceeding pending है क्योंकि गाड़ी मालिक थाने में एक undertaking देता है कि वो दौरान मुकदमा गाड़ी नही बेचेगा लेकिन यदि गाड़ी उपयोग नही हो रही है तो वो किसी कानूनी समस्या से बचाव के लिये अनुमति ले सकता है यदि compensation का मुकदमा है तो उसमें कोई जरूरत नही है

If criminal case regarding accident case for rash and negligence driving resulting to injuries sustained to any person is pending in criminal court , in that case you can not sell your vehicle because the vehicle was released by the criminal court after furnishing an understanding by the owner that he will not sell the vehicle till the pendency of case . You can only sell the vehicle after getting permission of the court.

kya accident case ke chalte purani unused car benchi ja sakti hai, jisper case chal raha hoyes han bechi ja sakti hai yadi court se anumati mil jay. pahle court se anumati leni padegi uske bad aap bech sakte hain.
