Can I sell my bike if I had complaint for rash driving ?

i was charged for rash driving and hit and run cases by a police officer who was trying to stop me and accidentally he got a little injury on his leg and they took my RC xerox and insurance papers also its been 3 months and there's not a call or any notice from the court there's no news at all and now i want to sell my bike but i'm afraid that if court calls me then will they ask where's my bike or not in simple i want to sell my bike which have case but i never went to court or got any notice from court or any call so can i sell it?

Hi
Being charged for rash driving and hit and run is different from ownership of vehicle.
You can sell your bike at any time you want as the bike is in your possession and you as your owner are free to sell your bike any time at your inconvenience.
