dear sir some people lodge a fake case about an accident by using my motar bike registration no. what i can do for my safty

If there is such case filed against you, then you will have to attend the proceedings and then if the case is false then, you will be acquitted and then on you can file a case against the person who filed the case for malicious prosecution.

If by fake case you mean a false FIR, then you can pray at the time of framing of charges that your motorbike is not at all involved in the matter along with some documentary proof that you were at some other place along with your motor bike or your motor bike was somewhere else, when the incident occurred or many other grounds as suggested by your lawyer. Inform the RTO also about this. If the charges are anyway framed, you can file a Petition before the High Court for quashing of FIRs against you.
