An accident occured and driver death on spot

Actually my friend has financed his bike by my name and later he has expired by bike accident (drunk & drive plus no licence) . Fir has be loged in my name stating that i am owner of this bike so I hv to face the legal complication.sir,i was not aware abt legal aspect so give me consent in good faith.all emi are due but no one supporting me.I came from farmer's family so unable to pay to pay such dues.pls help me to come out from this issue.i would be lifelong thankful.....pls save my life....ot a single person in my support....miracle can save me......pls
