Actually my friend has financed his bike by my name and later he has expired by bike accident (drunk & drive plus no licence) . You should have a SLA Drafted by some professional attorney who can formally include all the commercials and the roles and responsibilities and liabilities which each party are responsible and not responsible towards each other. Along with this there should be a Nda signed between the parties to keep the transactions confidential. Other than than if you are planning to host a website for your business as well you should get terms and conditions and privacy policy in place for anyone using your services via your website.
