After refusing to pay bribe, police ceased car documents and put the section 177/183 can I complaint against the police man in court. Thank you with regards
You may lodge a F. I. R. with your local Police Station against such illegal acts of the police officer.. They will definitely help you out.. But if they do not register any case, then you have the option of filing a complaint case before the nearest judicial magistrate against the police officer.. You can file a complaint case....in a lower court which have proper jurisdiction. Remeber...to file a complaint case against anybody ypu have to one or two witnesses who can depose before the trial court about the incident.
