Accident on Bangalore Kolhapur Highway what to do
10-Apr-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I was travelling from Bangalore to Pune last year June. after dharwad on highway accident happened and i hit the car from back side. No physical injury happened but only the tail light of the car was broken. the onwer of car logged an FIR for insurance claim and police verification was done. No after 10 month Kittur Police is calling me again and again to come to police station. I am currently in Pune and now i cannot travel back to Kittur. What can be done please suggest.
Simple way to pay the damages and settle the dispute amicably. If they have registered an FIR than it is mandatory to you to be present in the police station or else the matter will be worse to worst latter.

If fir is Lodge u need to go their and apply for bail its criminal case if u not went there they issue non bailable warrant it may trubble u if u already taken bail then contact the car owner and go to the court and apply compramise before the respectable court further details contact us
