16-May-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
Dear All, Accident happened between bike and car while person driving the bike is victim and car is offending vehicle. My question is can the victim claim compensation under TP insurance because the fault is of car even without having a valid driving licence.

Hello Sir, In case of an Accident the victim can claim compensation whatsoever. The presence of valid driving licence and whether it's comprehensive or TP insurance, are all irrelevant. In you case, the victim shall file case against the driver, owner(if it's a different person) and insurance company. Absence of valid driving licence is dispute between insurance company and driver. We have no issues with that and you can proceed to initiate a case.
