Accident case registered under 279,337 and 338

Sir , a accident case registered against me in 279 ,337 and 338 where in fir opposition also mentioned that he take me to hospital himself ,police gave me station bail however not filed chargesheet in court yet ,is it any chances that court decline my bail or IO mentioned something different from fir. I also work in govt organization, is it effect my career. And what is the chances of impriosonment in this case.
