Accident case filed on minor but he not involved in it

Me and my frnd going on a bike but i am 18 now...my friend was driving the bike and he hit an64 years old farmer but at that time helmet was with my head but we took A VIDEo in snapchat in that helmet is with him so police are thinking i was done an accident and they flied a case on me my friend and that old person dead.i have video in toll gate that my friend is driving. and bike was totally fallen left side and my friend too and he has damages in left side more and he was close to the bike but
hi first need to see the contents of the FIR registered against your friend and you and if it is with all false allegations then you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR and also the further allegations
