About a road accidental death case

Before 10 days i was ride bike on the way and a person stand on the side of the road my bike speed was aprox 50-60kmh due to some emergency. At that time a call came to me and I was trying to disconnect the call due to driving at that time Suddenly that standing person changes his place and accident was made by me bimistakely. We both are injured but that person injured Seviorly and got dead after 24 hours. What will happen now ? How this matter get serious and how will I save my self from it.
