Infection from ventilator caused grandfather's death

My Grandfather was admitted in Hospital for treatment of fracture. But he get infected with ventilator causing (VAP) ventilator associated Pneumonia leading to death.
You can file complaint with police and also with MCI . Serve a legal notice through a lawyer and then file case in consumer court claim compensation against the hospital.
