Where the Appeal lies against the judgment passed by ARC in combined Eviction Petition under Section 14(1)a and Section 14(1)e of DRC Act. Before Rent Controller or High Court?

It is a peculiar situation and hence you may file an appeal against the part relating to sec 14(1)(a) before the rent control tribunal and in so far as the part relating to section 14(1)(e) you may file revision before the high court
