16-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Im the land lord Small causes court declared one person tenant in my property in 1997. The conducting agreement was for 5 years and rent was decided as Rs1000. After the expiry of the conducting agreement in 2002 we did not renew the same and we are not receiving any compensation / rent. We did not issue any notice. I have filed an eviction suit in Nov12 on the basis of 2 grounds : 1. bonafide requirement and 2. subletting and illegal profiteering I wish to know from Jan03 - Sep12 what rent / compensation am i entitled to receive. u already filed civil suit against tenant and co- tenant
u moved an application under Order XV-A read with Section 94 (E) of Code of Civil Procedure,1908 (for short "CPC"), with a prayer to direct the petitioner to deposit the rents into the Court at the rate of Rs.?.../- per month.
and amended the plaint
