We are tenant in a property in old Delhi since 1989 in which we have paid two lakh sixty five thousand at that time to landlord. Landlord changes three times but tenant that means I is same from 1989.Now landlord file a case to evict me from that property. She written that she wants that shop for there bona-fide need because her sons r not doing any buisness this time. But we give a cd and some photographs in court in which we show that they do their own buisness in sadar bazar. We also recorded a phone conversation between me and first original landlord in which he admitted that he takes 2.65

If there is a  bona-fide reason for the  landlord to use the property for himself or for any member of his family dependant on him then the landlord can issue a notice for eviction of the tenant even when the occupied the space since 1989.
