want to get house transferred to my name from pagdi system

I have a pagdi house where i have been residing for 50 years. This property is on my fathers name. My father passed away 25 years back and my mother 20 years back. I have been staying with my brother in this house during my parents death. I want to get this house transferred to my name but there is a dispute amongst my landlord and the matter is in court. Also do I need to take a noc from the other legal heirs of my parents ie my brothers and sisters?? Only one of them stayed with me in the house during my parents death. Pls advise
