Want tenant to vacant the shop asking cost of shop in return

The shop is at groundfloor of our building. Rented by ansesctors at that time rate, which was not changed for decades. Now tenant has purchased 2 shops of his, and our family's 3 persons are unemployed. Tenant's family is wholly employed, have a good income but aren't willing to empty the shop. Rent reciept is of no use for us. Plz help how cud we get justice when govt is also encouraging self employments ? We stopped rent for years, then started, then increased minimal; Now getting rent of no use. Main cause is of unemployment. Tenant wants cost of shop from us in result of vacating. Plz

You will have to file a suit of eviction under the relevant Rent Control Act of the particular state where your property is situated. Further in the said suit you will have to specify the reason that the premises is required for your personal use.
