Tenant obtained permit room license on forged documents what can I do

Tenant obtained on forged document, Permit Room Licence, since 1994. Landlord came to his knowledge in 2014, by filing RTI, immediately filed FRI against tenant, after persuading matter at last police has filed FRI & charged sheeted him under IPC Act. & filed criminal case in Bhoiwada Court, matter is pending. I think so it will takes years to fine him accused? I approached Excise Office to cancel his Permit Room Licence, even visit to Public Place of Entertainment Licence department to cancel his orchestra and dancing girls Licence, but of no avail? Officers says that after the outcome of criminal court order, we will cancels his Licences, till date enjoying
As you have already visited the concerned department. and you have got the answer here as well till the the criminal case is pending the permit cannot be cancelled. what you can do here is that you can file an application before the hon'ble court to suspend the license till the matter is pending before this court and till the trial is completed.
