Tenant not vacating the property lost case in HC

Case in 2005 by father to tenent for own use, vacant one my room, 1st we won in civil court, 2nd apply won by tenent my father and mother died I apply high court in 2014,tenent not living continue since 2013.we are not getting any relief since last 11 years. Please advice.

In case you have filed your appeal in the High Court, the High court has the power to grant you relief. If you are not satisfied by the orders passed by the High Court then you have a last resort to file an appeal against the orders passed by High Court in the Supreme Court.
