Tenant not paid rent for last 4 years now not vacating the premise

I am the landlord and the i have one the case in the first level, i have been fighting since 9 yrs. the tenant went to higher court for appeal, and has been defaulted because he hasnt paid rent for the last 4-5 years. Whatc can be done so that i get mu mulgi as soon as possible.
File a petition before court for deposited rent till the pendency of appeal or suit .
In case court order for deposited rent and if he don't the you can go for eviction for default in payment and violations of court order.
If u give complete details then we can get him evicted within 6 months and we can recover your rents also
