Tenant not paid rent for 2 months and not vacating the house
16-Dec-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My tenant has not paid rent for 2 months and he is not ready to vacate the house even after asking him to leave before 3 months, is there a quick and a legal way to vacate him?
You will have to send a notice thereby asking them to evict and if he despite the legal notice they fail to evict then you have to file suit eviction under Rent control act
