Tenant not evicting house / not handed over the house

Tenant shifted almost all her belongings from house and did not come in contact for a month. She left the home with her belongings when we are not available. She need to pay 2 months rent around Rs. 8000/- and took 2 door keys (central lock). Not even answering the calls. The other hand we took advance from other party to let out the house as the current tenant committed to evict the house and the other party and we are in trouble now. Need to teach a lesson to such cheeters. Do not have any rental agreement made. Please suggest if I can file case.

If you do not have a rental agreement with your previous tenant how can you claim the money from her. Did you take any advance/security deposit from her. As you have already taken the advance from your new tenant then kindly make a rental agreement for future what you can do if file a complaint against the lady but to be honest you won't get a fruitful result
